Our MD has extensive expertise in oil & gas, with a background in strategy, logistics, and
financial control. At the Nigerian Content Development & Monitoring Board, he led policy
implementation, quota management, and government partnerships. Prior to that, he
managed petroleum logistics and procurement at Sahara Group Ltd and has held key roles at
Trafigura and Vitol Group.
MARGARET PORBENI
Operations Director
Margaret brings to the table, extensive experience in oil and
gas services and consulting. She began her career at PwC in Strategy and Operations before joining Arco Marine & Oilfield Services where she excelled in client acquisition, logistics, and procurement. With a decade of
expertise in regulatory compliance, international partnerships, and business
strategy, her leadership drives growth and operational excellence.
DR. JOYCE BARBER
Executive Director
Dr. Joyce Barber is a distinguished MD specializing in Occupational Medicine, who
dedicated over 30 years to NNPC and retired as the Acting Managing Director of NNPC Medical Services. A dynamic
entrepreneur, she has built thriving businesses in hospitality, transport, and health insurance. Previously, she served as
National President of the Medical Women’s Association of Nigeria (MWAN).
PATRICK JESSAH
HEAD OPERATIONS & MAINTENANCE
Patrick Jessah is a project manager and engineer with 15 years of oil and gas experience. His background across pipelines, gas turbines, compressor packages, and power systems supports the safe and efficient delivery of complex brownfield and greenfield maintenance projects.
